Senior Business Analyst – FP&A / OneStream
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong FP&A expertise and hands-on OneStream configuration experience to support financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will combine core Business Analysis capabilities with deep OneStream configuration, testing, and validation expertise, while working closely with Finance and Technology teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Finance stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Translate financial planning and reporting needs into functional system specifications
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and design scalable OneStream solutions
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and test documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement discussions
FP&A Domain Expertise
- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario modeling
- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and financial metrics
- Work with finance teams on cost center planning, driver-based planning, workforce planning, and capital expenditure forecasting
- Ensure alignment with corporate performance management standards
OneStream (Mandatory – Configuration)
- Configure and maintain OneStream applications including:
- Cubes
- Dimensions
- Business Rules
- Workflow Profiles
- Security Setup
- Data Integration (Data Management)
- Forms and Dashboards
- Configure planning models, scenario dimensions, and allocation logic
- Manage metadata updates and hierarchies
- Support financial close and consolidation processes
- Troubleshoot configuration issues
Testing & Validation
- Develop test strategies, test cases, and validation scripts
- Lead SIT and UAT testing phases
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between source systems and OneStream
- Ensure financial data accuracy and integrity
- Support post-deployment validation and hypercare
Agile Delivery
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Work with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value
- Convert business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
