📍 Location: Noida / Gurgaon / Bangalore / Hyderabad (Onsite)
🕒 Job Type: Contract – 6 Months
💰 Salary: Up to 22 LPA
👨💻 Experience Required: 8+ Years
📌 Notice Period: Immediate to max 1 week serving

Key Skills Required:
- Strong Business Analyst experience
- OMS (Order Management System) background
- Experience with Blue Yonder (BY) solutions – BY Commits, BY DSS
- Requirements gathering & documentation
- Agile delivery experience
- Retail & Supply Chain domain understanding
- Stakeholder management & communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user needs and convert them into system requirements, epics, user stories, and data mapping documents
- Document business requirements, workflows, and process flows
- Bridge communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
- Support Product Manager in delivery and coordination activities
Required Qualifications:
✔ 6+ years of BA experience
✔ Experience in Agile environments
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
✔ Engineering Graduate – BE/B.Tech/MCA
