Responsibilities:
- Serve as a SubSurface Application Support Analyst (Petrel, Techlog, OFM, Eclipse, etc). Collaborate with internal and external teams to support the applications. Troubleshooting reported issues for SSW Applications and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Member is expected to Fulfill Customer specific SLA's and OLA's. Member need to be flexible to work in Shifts on rotation
Must-Have Skills:
- Oil & Gas domain knowledge
- Good Communication skills (writing/Oral/writing)
Good-to-Have Skills: ServiceNow, Application Support
