We’re Hiring: Business Analyst | Noida (Sector 62)
📍 Location: Noida, Sector 62
🧑 💼 Role: Business Analyst
🕒 Experience: 3–6 Years
If you love turning data into insights, building dashboards, and influencing business strategy, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with leadership and center teams to improve performance and student outcomes through analytics.
🔍 What You’ll Do
📊 Business Analytics & Reporting
Build and automate dashboards (Power BI or similar BI tools)
Analyze admissions, leads, conversions & operational KPIs
Track centre-wise performance and identify growth opportunities
Own weekly reports, forecasts & business reviews
🗄️ Data Management & Modelling
Write and optimize SQL queries
Use Python for data processing and analysis
Maintain structured datasets for scalable reporting
Ensure data accuracy and reliability
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Regional Heads, center heads, Sales & Operations
Translate business problems into analytical solutions
Present insights with clear storytelling and action points
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields
✔ 2–4 years of Business Analytics experience
✔ Strong skills in SQL, Python, Airflow & Power BI
✔ Strong analytical thinking & stakeholder management
✔ Self-driven Individual Contributor mindset
⭐ Good to Have
➕ Funnel Analytics / Admissions Analysis experience
➕ ETL & Data Warehousing knowledge
➕ Experience with large operations datasets
➕ Understanding of offline education metrics
