Role Description
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. You will analyze business processes, define workflows, and work closely with stakeholders to recommend process improvements. Additionally, you will prepare documentation, create detailed reports, and ensure alignment of requirements with the organization's objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and solve complex problems
- Proficiency in business analysis, including gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas and requirements clearly across teams
- 1-5 years experience
- Understanding of business processes and workflow optimization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and methods is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in CLM software or SaaS platforms is a plus
