Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, product teams, and developers to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and drive successful implementation of Volody’s AI-powered CLM platform. This role requires strong analytical thinking, structured documentation skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements.
Assist in configuring and customizing the CLM platform as per client needs.
Participate in client calls, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
Support UAT cycles, test cases preparation, and validation.
Monitor project timelines and ensure delivery within scope.
Analyze legal and contractual workflows to recommend automation opportunities.
Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to optimize platform functionality.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Law, or related field.
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in SaaS, LegalTech, or Enterprise Software).
Strong documentation and requirement-gathering skills.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand legal/compliance workflows (preferred).
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
Basic understanding of AI/automation tools is an added advantage.
