Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst position based in Goregaon, Mumbai. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Responsibilities include evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, proposing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and that business goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in evaluating business processes and interpreting data
- 2-4 years experience only
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including the ability to document and translate requirements effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience with Business Processes and an understanding of process optimization methods
- Ability to define, document, and manage Business Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Previous experience in contract lifecycle management or legal-tech solutions is a plus
