About the Role:
Are you passionate about the Life Insurance domain and ready to make an impact?
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with hands-on exposure to LifeAsia (or similar core insurance systems) to join our Mumbai team. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business and technology, driving innovative solutions for policy administration, claims, underwriting, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
✨ Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and validate requirements.
✨ Partner with IT teams to configure LifeAsia workflows, reports, and system enhancements.
✨ Analyze current insurance processes to identify gaps and propose improvements.
✨ Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and test scenarios for system upgrades or new implementations.
✨ Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support smooth defect resolution.
✨ Work closely with actuarial, underwriting, and claims teams to translate business rules into actionable system functionalities.
✨ Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and audit requirements.
✨ Deliver insightful reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
