About The Role
SANeForce is looking for an experienced
Business Analyst Lead with strong expertise in
CRM Software,
SaaS/Product-based environments and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate should have excellent exposure to requirement gathering, client communication, business process analysis, product understanding, and team handling. The candidate should also possess basic to intermediate knowledge in software testing to coordinate effectively with QA and development teams.
This role requires a professional who can independently drive projects, manage a team, and act as a key bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and workflow documents.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements.
- Conduct requirement discussions, gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Support teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, requirement clarification sessions, and UAT discussions.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates, requirement changes, and delivery expectations.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Business Analyst team members.
- Review requirement documents and ensure quality and completeness of deliverables.
- Manage task allocation, timelines, and project coordination activities.
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving project goals and deadlines.
Testing & Quality Coordination
- Possess good understanding of Manual Testing concepts and SDLC/STLC processes.
- Coordinate with QA teams during Functional Testing, UAT, and validation phases.
- Validate business requirements during testing cycles and ensure delivered functionality meets expectations.
- Assist in defect analysis, requirement clarifications, and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM, SaaS, or Product-based companies.
- Strong exposure to CRM Software and business workflows.
- Excellent experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams while also contributing individually.
- Hands-on experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Wireframes, and Functional Documents.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Software Testing and QA processes.
- Strong coordination and client handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Pharma CRM, Healthcare CRM, or Field Force Automation products is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to SaaS implementation and enterprise product environments is preferred.
