Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst for KYC (Know Your Customer) onboarding in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, streamline business processes, and ensure compliance with KYC mandates. Responsibilities include developing and documenting business requirements, analyzing data, improving workflows, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting recommendations effectively
- Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of KYC/AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes and standards is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
