Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst with proficiency in Japanese at our Mumbai Metropolitan Region location. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, develop and optimize business processes, and identify solutions to support organizational goals. They will serve as a liaison between clients in Japan and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless integration of software solutions into clients’ workflows. Responsibilities also include preparing documentation, conducting data-driven analyses, and providing valuable insights to drive business success.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in evaluating data, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights
- Experience in Business Analysis, including gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including Japanese-speaking clients
- Expertise in Business Process analysis and improvement
- Proven ability to document and assess Business Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is essential, along with English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in contract lifecycle management or enterprise software systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
