Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to support management decisions
- Assist in developing business cases, workflow diagrams, and use-case documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and developers, to understand business needs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Business, Analytics, Management, or related fields
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, tools, and documentation practices
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
