ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for web analytics of our website, market research, customer research, competitor research, and product research. You will work closely with our product development and marketing teams to find new opportunities for our business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create custom events and dashboard in tools such as Google Analytics to analyze customer behaviour
- Use tools such as Microsoft clarity to find areas of improvement in the website
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and new business opportunities
- Perform competitor analysis to benchmark offerings and positioning
- Assist in customer research through surveys, feedback collection, and data analysis
- Support product research efforts by gathering insights on consumer preferences and product gaps
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to turn research findings into actionable strategies
- Present findings in a structured and insightful way to guide business decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and digital marketing strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic data visualization
- Strong interest in market analytics, market research, & customer insights
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
