CAN Softtech Inc. is seeking motivated and curious individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in business analysis and technology consulting. This internship is open to high school seniors, college students, recent graduates, and graduate students who are eager to learn how organizations analyze business problems and develop technology-driven solutions.
While prior experience in business analysis or related fields is preferred, it is not required. We are looking for candidates who are motivated, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in developing analytical and problem-solving skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive Functional and Business Requirements Documents
- Provide technical teams with timely clarifications to ensure accurate implementation
- Create intuitive design mockups aligned with business needs
- Develop Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) to ensure complete coverage
- Perform thorough functional and regression testing
- Develop detailed test cases to ensure quality assurance
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business requirements
- Lead releases through structured planning and execution
- Resolve complex Tier III maintenance tickets for critical business operations
Qualifications
- Must be at least a senior in high school (high school seniors, college students, recent graduates, and graduate students are welcome to apply)
- Strong interest in business analysis, consulting, technology, or project management
- Preferred (but not required): prior experience with business analysis, research, data analysis, or related activities
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively with a team
