Business Analyst Intern

Acrotinel is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern who is passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights. This internship provides hands-on experience in analyzing workflows, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand and map current business workflows and processes
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
• Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data
• Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries for internal teams
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, operations)
• Assist in defining business requirements and functional specifications
• Support product or service improvement initiatives
• Conduct industry research, trends analysis, and benchmarking
• Document business processes, reports, and analysis findings
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of business analysis concepts and frameworks
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
• Hands-on experience with Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
• Basic understanding of SQL, databases, or data querying
• Ability to interpret data and convert it into meaningful insights
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setup
• Curiosity to learn business models and operational strategies
Eligibility Criteria
• Students or recent graduates from Business, Analytics, IT, or related fields
• Freshers with strong analytical mindset are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with internships, projects, or case studies in analytics/business
• Certifications in Business Analytics / Data Analytics are a plus
• Must be available for a full-time remote internship
