We offer intelligent Machine Learning and AI driven traffic management software capabilities for UAS Traffic Management (UTM) and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and system requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams for assigned projects.
- Develop project roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives, using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Manage project deliverables and timelines, assisting in project management as needed
- Partner with Software Development and QA teams to ensure requirements are effectively implemented.
- Create and maintain project-related artifacts, such as wireframes, process flows, and requirement documents.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies between business needs and technical capabilities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support business strategy.
- Present proposed solutions, updates, and changes to key stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Leverage troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
- Utilize knowledge of IT implementation methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to facilitate smooth project execution.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience in SaaS application development (minimum 3 years)
- Proficiency in Agile tools and methodologies (minimum 2 years).
- Strong skills in prioritization, organization, and task management for multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to support business strategies, improve operational capabilities, and drive technology innovation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge or prior experience in the aviation, drone, or UAM domain.
- Familiarity with IT systems integration and APIs.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
