Role Description
PRISM is seeking a full-time, on-site Business Analyst - IIT to join our Gurugram team. In this role, you will analyze business requirements, evaluate processes, and develop solutions to meet organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering, documenting, and refining business requirements, collaborating across departments to optimize workflows, and utilizing robust analytical skills to deliver actionable insights. This role demands strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and provide valuable recommendations to enhance business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, solve complex problems, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in Business Analysis and Business Process improvement to drive efficiency and optimize operational workflows.
- Effective Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, documentation, and presentation of recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and interpret Business Requirements to develop solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms is a plus.
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
