Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst (Government Projects & Product Innovation) at our Faridabad office. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and processes, evaluating project needs, and ensuring alignment with innovation strategies and government regulatory standards. The role involves facilitating communication across stakeholders, developing business strategies, and providing actionable insights for effective implementation of projects and products.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Business Analysis and Business Requirements definition
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and data
- Experience in designing and optimizing Business Processes
- Effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of or experience with government projects, policies, and compliance standards is a plus
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
