Role Overview
The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business data, automate workflows, prepare insightful reports, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Sheets, reporting automation, business operations, and AI-powered productivity tools.
The role demands analytical thinking, attention to detail, understanding of financial and operational metrics, and the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze sales, business, employee, and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
● Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and automated workflows using Google Sheets and App Scripts.
● Generate business reports and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional teams.
● Work on CRM data management, reporting accuracy, and business process tracking.
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and brand-related business analysis.
● Collaborate with teams across business, finance, operations, and client servicing to improve reporting systems and operational efficiency.
● Utilize AI tools to improve reporting, workflow automation, data interpretation, and productivity.
● Prepare high-quality presentations, business summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
● Ensure databases and reporting systems remain structured, accurate, and up to date.
● Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable operational solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
● 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, operations, finance coordination, or related functions.
● Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, formulas, dashboards, data validation, and reporting automation.
● Hands-on experience with Google App Scripts and workflow automation is preferred.
● Understanding of CRM systems, invoicing processes, and operational reporting.
● Basic understanding of accounting concepts, salary structures, and revenue reporting.
● Familiarity with AI tools and their application in productivity, reporting, and business analysis.
● Good understanding of brand/business performance metrics and reporting structures.
● Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in creating PPT presentations and business decks.
● Ability to interpret data, prepare actionable insights, and work collaboratively across teams.
● Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
