Role: Business Analyst - General Insurance

Location - Coimbatore

Job Description

1. Act as a senior liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for ADNIC digital projects
2. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
3. Drive requirements for Web and Mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives
4. Provide strong domain inputs in General Insurance, with hands-on exposure to Motor and Health Insurance workflows (quotation, underwriting, policy issuance, endorsements, claims)
5. Support API driven and integration heavy digital platforms, including coordination with internal and third party systems
6. Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions
7. Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and business sign-off
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance standards applicable to insurance digital platforms
9. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to validate customer journeys and usability
10. Provide mentoring and guidance to development team, where required

Key Notes:

1.10+ years of overall Business Analysis experience, with at least 3–4 years in senior BA capacity.

2.Willing to travel Onsite on need basis.

3.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
