Job Description – Business Analyst / Finastra Fusion Loan IQ Specialist
Experience: 5–8 Years
Work Location: Trivandrum / Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in
Finastra Fusion Loan IQ
to support implementation, customization, integration, and testing activities for corporate lending operations. The ideal candidate should have strong techno-functional exposure to Loan IQ, including SDK development, lending workflows, integrations, accounting processes, and issue debugging within banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Loan IQ implementation, enhancement, and integration activities
- Work on SDK development including inquiry scripts, scripted APIs, event management, and batch jobs
- Analyze and resolve interface and functional issues within Loan IQ
- Configure and support syndicated and bilateral lending workflows
- Handle GL accounting, accruals, MX payments, and nightly batch processes
- Collaborate with business, testing, and IT teams for SIT/UAT activities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and test cases
- Support system integrations using Java/J2EE, REST APIs, XML, and Oracle PL/SQL
- Maintain proper documentation and support upgrade/regression testing activities

- Syndicated & bilateral lending domain knowledge

- Banking domain experience
Important Note
- Candidates should be comfortable working from either Trivandrum or Bangalore location.
- Candidates should also be comfortable travelling to Qatar as and when required by the company.
