We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – E-commerce (AI & Automation Focus)

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Act as the bridge between business & tech (translate ideas → dev execution)
- Manage and improve our website experience (Shopify)
- Handle e-commerce backend operations (orders, inventory, flows)
- Use AI + analytics to improve conversions & retention
- Build automation in order processing (less manual work, more scale)
- Support marketing with offers, campaigns & insights
Who This Is For:
- You think in systems, not tasks
- You enjoy optimizing processes and removing inefficiencies
- You’re comfortable with data, AI tools, and fast execution
- You want a role where your work directly impacts growth
Skills That’ll Help You Win:
- E-commerce / Business Analyst / Ops experience (1–4 years)
- Shopify or similar platform exposure
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with AI & automation tools (bonus points)
