Entry level in the Business Solutions job family within Business Analysis. Working as part of a team executing effective and professional business analysis services aligned with Expleo methodologies. Works directly with client and as an individual contributor. Delivers in own area and contributes to overall on-time and on budget project goals. Perform dual role of Business analyst cum tester

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering, discussion with stakeholders, and elicit requirements.
• Drafting of Business requirement documents, user stories, Functional specification documents.
• Prepare wireframes, mock up screen, swim lanes, process flow charts etc.
• Co-ordinate with development & designing team to get the system developed as per requirement
• Review of FSD, identify gaps and incorporate the same.
• Walkthrough of requirements to stakeholders, development team, testing team and relevant process owners
• Conduct testing of developed features & functionalities and ensure that delivery is as per requirements
• Raise defects and conduct end to end defect management.
• Work on Change request and other change documents.
• Ensure that functionalities are deployed in proper environments.
• Contributes to the successful completion of projects and works on small projects.
• Work on various tools like Jira, excel, word, PPT and other requirement gathering tool.
• Prepare and present the status report to stakeholders
• Should work in agile environment and experience in product backlog management, spring back log, track the sprint etc
• Attend various meetings, like daily scrum meeting, defect meeting, status meetings etc.
• Collates and reports information, identifying trends and exceptions. Solicits guidance to define criteria and to assign values of importance and urgency.
• Applies process definitions and workflows, and identifies process bottlenecks. Contributes suggestions for process improvement.
• Assists with the compilation of reports and maintains business analysis project documents.
• Uses established techniques to identify current problems and elicit, specify and document business functional, data and non-functional requirements for simple subject areas with clearly-defined boundaries.
• Plans and manages own time and work, contributing to overall on-time and on-budget project goals.
• Maintains the status of project responsibilities and work across teams to achieve group goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Additional course or certification in Business Analysis
