Omega Healthcare is a technology-driven RCM and healthcare solutions provider backed by Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. We serve 350+ healthcare organizations across the US, India, Colombia, and the Philippines with ~35,000 team members. Role Description
You will work directly alongside the Chief Corporate Development Officer and Head of Strategy to support two high-priority workstreams: (1) PMO for the company's Value Creation Plan (VCP), and (2) M&A pipeline origination and execution. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with direct exposure to the board and PE sponsors.
Key Responsibility
▸ Own PMO rhythm for VCP workstreams — track milestones, surface risks, and prepare progress packs for senior leadership and board review
▸ Support M&A pipeline management — research targets, build financial profiles, and prepare IC-ready one-pagers and investment memos
▸ Conduct commercial and market due diligence on inorganic opportunities in the US healthcare services / HIT space
▸ Assist with deal structuring, valuation modelling, and post-close integration tracking
▸ Synthesise inputs across Sales, Finance, and Technology into executive-ready deliverables
▸ Contribute to strategic initiatives including competitive intelligence, market sizing, and investor-facing materials
Qualifications
▸ 2–4 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB strongly preferred) or bulge-bracket / top-tier investment bank
▸ Strong exposure to commercial due diligence, market assessment, or M&A advisory work
▸ MBA or equivalent is a plus; not required for exceptional candidates
▸ Healthcare services, HIT, or tech-enabled services experience is advantageous
What we are looking for
▸ Structured problem-solving — Ability to deconstruct ambiguous problems and produce clear, actionable outputs
▸ Executive communication — Strong written and verbal skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
▸ Financial literacy — Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and interpreting business performance data
▸ Execution orientation — Detail-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision
▸ Collaborative mindset — Able to work across functions and levels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Why this role
▸ Direct mentorship from senior leadership with a clear path to Corp Dev Manager
▸ Front-row seat to a PE-backed value creation agenda spanning organic growth and M&A
▸ Exposure to board-level strategy discussions and sponsor interactions (OTPP, Goldman Sachs)
