Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years of expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of
Pimcore (PIM/MDM/DAM) and hands-on experience working in the
Media or Entertainment domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements analysis, documentation, and process mapping.
- Collaborate with product owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work closely with Pimcore architects and developers to translate business needs into scalable PIM/MDM/DAM solutions.
- Drive workshops, demos, and user story refinement sessions.
- Analyze media workflows such as content ingestion, metadata management, digital asset workflows, and publishing pipelines.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and change management activities.
- Provide insights to improve processes, data quality, and system performance.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of BA experience in enterprise-level projects.
- Strong understanding of Pimcore modules (PIM, DAM, MDM, CMS preferred).
- Experience in media domain workflows—digital assets, metadata schemas, content lifecycle, rights management, etc.
- Expertise in writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and process flows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Good To Have
- Knowledge of API integrations, headless CMS concepts, and digital ecosystem architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
