As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Business Analyst who can transform data into meaningful business insights and help drive strategic decisions across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management.
- Interpret sales, marketing, customer, and operational data to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare business reports and presentations for leadership.
- Support strategic planning through data-driven recommendations.
- Identify trends, risks, and business improvement opportunities.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Good understanding of SQL for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and customer analytics.
- Experience with automation tools or AI-assisted analytics is an added advantage.
