📌 Experience: 2-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
* Gather, interpret, and present data to support business decisions
* Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments
* Support supply chain and production planning with data analysis
* Collaborate with IT teams for application development projects, system enhancements and automation
* Conduct market and competitor analysis
Key Requirements:
* BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
* 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
* Good understanding of business processes, preferably in manufacturing/textile industry
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
