About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and Agile project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, workflows, and use cases.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct requirement analysis sessions, client meetings, and solution discussions.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Manage project workflows using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Track project progress, identify risks/blockers, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.
- Assist QA teams during testing and validation to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
- Support product planning, feature prioritization, and roadmap discussions.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis processes and documentation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create flowcharts, wireframes, and process diagrams.
- Understanding of SDLC and software development workflows.
- Experience working on web and mobile application projects is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts and API integrations is a plus.
- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or product-based companies preferred.
