Business Analyst – Data Migration (7–10 Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Data Migration experience to analyze, define, and document business requirements while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to support system enhancements, process improvements, and new capability implementations. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and successful project outcomes.
The candidate should have strong experience in requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, and business process analysis, along with hands-on exposure to data migration projects, including understanding legacy data structures, supporting source-to-target mapping, validating data transformation rules, and ensuring data quality during migration cycles.
Key Skills:
- Business Analysis: AS-IS, TO-BE, Gap Analysis, Feasibility Analysis
- Data Migration: Source-to-target mapping, data validation, data reconciliation
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Miro, Draw.io, PowerPoint
- Methodologies: Agile & Waterfall
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have: Business Analysis certifications such as IIBA / CBAP / CCBA and experience in Retail, Merchandising, or Supply Chain domains.
