🚀 We're Hiring | Business Analyst 📊
Are you passionate about data, dashboards, and business insights? We are looking for a Business Analyst who can transform data into meaningful business decisions and support leadership with accurate MIS and analytics.
📍 Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
🏢 Industry: Manufacturing (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities✔ Build, automate, and maintain management dashboards and weekly exception (Red/Amber) reports for leadership.
✔ Maintain project trackers and action-item status by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
✔ Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and departmental databases.
✔ Prepare periodic MIS reports for Operations, Production, Sales, Projects, and Finance.
✔ Support senior management with business analysis, presentations, and review materials.
✔ Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
Preferred Qualifications✔ B.Com / BBA / B.Tech / MBA or equivalent.
✔ Inter-CA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
✔ Certification in Power BI, Advanced Excel, or Data Analytics is preferred.
Required Skills✔ 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, Data Analytics, or Project Coordination.
✔ Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Complex Formulas).
✔ Hands-on experience with Power BI (Tableau knowledge is an added advantage).
✔ Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
✔ High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ownership.
