UST is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between business stakeholders and our development teams, ensuring that our solutions don't just work—they resonate with the end user.
Note: This is a 5-day-per-week, Work-from-Office role at our client location.
What You’ll Do
- Translate Vision into Reality: Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, transforming high-level business needs into actionable documentation.
- Documentation Excellence: Author clear, concise, and comprehensive BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents).
- Backlog Mastery: Create, refine, and manage User Stories with a heavy focus on user-centric design (incorporating User Personas).
- Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Sprint Planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring the development team is aligned with sprint goals.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct Sanity Testing to ensure that deliverables meet the functional requirements before they reach the UAT phase.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven, relevant experience working as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Methodology: Strong, hands-on exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
- Technical Writing: Excellent command over requirement documentation (BRD/FRD).
- User Focus: Ability to advocate for the end user through persona development and user journey mapping.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills—you can navigate complex stakeholder conversations and translate them for technical teams with ease.
