Role Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will work closely with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to define requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful delivery of product features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements
- Translate client needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate delivered features against requirements
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement discussions
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and client onboarding processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience writing clear and structured documentation (BRDs, user stories, etc.)
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
