Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Coimbatore. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to define solutions. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to optimize workflows, preparing detailed documentation, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementations. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven results for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including the identification and assessment of organizational needs
- Experience with Business Process evaluation and improvement
- Ability to clearly define, manage, and document Business Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in the SMB sector or IT industry is a plus
