Here at TNP, you will be closely working with the Management Team for practice development, project delivery in the technology domain, solutions, and POC development. You will be working closely with your project teams, providing project management support to their engagements, including administration, organisation of project meetings, governance, and reporting.
The role is based primarily out of Kochi with occasional travel and requires extensive collaboration with business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the context, strategy & specific objectives of each client in terms of client satisfaction, performance, digital transformation, and sustainable transformation
- Responsible for supporting the senior consultants across functions to ensure smooth operations of client business processes on a periodic basis. This includes synthesising data, performing quality checks, and translating them into actionable digital roadmaps
- Contribute to or help lead and support technology, process, or analytical discussions and finalise the approach/solution
- Communicate effectively with the client, capturing the right level of details. Create and present client recommendations and results
- Drive and support internal discussions with technical members to ensure deliverable goals are understood and achieved successfully
- Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding and subsequent expertise across business domains to ensure subject matter knowledge to project or research teams and/or Client engagements
Primary Required Skills
- Strong client-facing skills, with a passion for building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional value.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like Jira, Zoho Projects, MPP etc
- Functional experience in business solutions such as SAP, Salesforce, Zoho, etc. will be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- B Tech + MBA
- 2-3 years for Associate Consultant
- 4-5 years for Consultant
- Prior working experience in IT / Consulting industry is preferred
- Highly proficient in English. French will be an added advantage
- Willing to travel, both in India and overseas, on a project basis
