Accountabilities:

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Work on requirement gathering and create user stories from analysis.

- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports and MOMs.

- Performing user acceptance testing.

- Create Wireframe | Prototype | Feature List | SRS | BRD flow diagrams as per requirement

- Drive continuous process improvement.

- Perform discovery and analysis activities to develop new or modified process requirements. 

- Act throughout the development process to ensure the requirements match the

current business needs and are reflected in the system implementation.

Qualification & Experience:

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools.

- Excellent knowledge of Jira tools.

- Excellent knowledge of Scrum events and Agile ceremonies.

- A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in business analysis.  

- CSM certified
