Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Indore. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting business requirements, identifying process improvements, defining business goals, and ensuring alignment with overall company strategies. Responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering data-driven insights to facilitate effective decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis, with the ability to interpret and present data insights effectively.
- Experience in Business Process and defining Business Requirements to guide strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders, convey complex ideas, and create detailed documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with effective problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in financial markets or advisory services is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
