Greetings from Tesslogs,
We are hiring for the role of Business Analyst – Aligne ETRM with strong experience in Gas/Power/LNG Trading and Nomination systems.
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Bengaluru / Pan India.
Client: Shell
Notice Period: Immediate / 30 Days Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, trading teams, and development teams.
- Work on Gas/Power/LNG trading processes including nomination, scheduling, balancing, and settlements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs within Aligne ETRM.
- Support project planning, testing, implementation, and delivery activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with global/distributed teams across business and IT functions.
- Prepare business process documentation, workflows, and reporting artifacts.
Required Skills
- Strong experience as an IT Business Analyst in Energy/Commodity Trading domain.
- Hands-on experience with Aligne ETRM platform.
- Good understanding of:
- Gas Trading & Supply Operations
- Gas Scheduling & Balancing
- LNG/Power Trading Processes
- EU Gas TSO Operations
- Nomination & Scheduling Systems
- Experience working with ETRM/CTRM systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of functional and non-functional requirement analysis.
