Greetings from Tesslogs,
We are looking for an experienced T24 / Temenos Transact Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in core banking products, banking operations, and Temenos modules.
Experience: 3-8 Years
Location: Bengaluru
Notice period: Immediate / 30 days
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for T24 / Temenos Transact solutions.
- Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams for solution design and implementation.
- Configure and support Temenos modules based on business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare functional documents, BRDs, FRDs, use cases, test cases, and process flows.
- Support SIT, UAT, production rollout, and post-go-live activities.
- Ensure compliance with Temenos standards, banking regulations, and internal governance processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Manage user access controls, roles, and user matrix governance.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of T24 / Temenos Transact configuration and setup.
- Good knowledge of banking products and end-to-end business processes.
- Strong understanding of customer onboarding, limits, collateral, and accounting flows.
- Experience in preparing Temenos standard functional documentation.
- Good knowledge of access controls, roles, and user matrices in T24.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Temenos implementation / upgrade / migration projects.
- Prior exposure to Retail, Corporate, Treasury, or Trade Banking operations.
- Knowledge of Agile / Waterfall project methodologies.
