About the Product & Engineering Collaboration Team
At Techdome, Business Analysts work at the intersection of clients, product thinking, and engineering execution.
You will collaborate with:

Your role will be to translate business needs into clear product requirements, ensuring engineering teams have the clarity needed to build solutions effectively.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in the IT Software Services industry who can confidently gather requirements, create structured documentation, and work closely with both clients and internal teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client expectations, translating them into detailed product requirements, and ensuring alignment throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, product thinking, and working closely with both business and technical teams.
What You’ll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Prepare structured documentation including BRD and SRS
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal engineering teams
- Collaborate with designers to create wireframes and mockups using Figma
- Manage user stories, tasks, and workflows using JIRA
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
- Ensure requirement alignment throughout the SDLC
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming)
- Work closely with Product Owners for backlog prioritization and clarity
- Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories
- Participate in product demos and validate delivered features
- Actively engage with clients for requirement clarity
- Leverage AI tools to improve documentation and productivity
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Software Services
- Strong experience across SDLC

- SRS (Software Requirement Specification)
Agile & Tools
- JIRA
- Agile & Scrum methodologies
UI/UX Collaboration
- Figma (wireframes, mockups, flows)
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Client interaction experience
- Active listening and requirement clarity
AI Adoption
- Use of AI tools for documentation and analysis
