Role: Business Analyst
Location: PAN India (Remote / Hybrid / On-site)
Experience: 0–6 Years
Salary: As per industry standards (based on role & company)
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Work with stakeholders to understand processes and identify improvements
Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams
Support solution design, testing, and implementation
Track project progress and help ensure business goals are met
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
Understanding of business processes and software project lifecycles
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Microsoft Excel or similar is a plus
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
