Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to drive process improvements, system implementations, and organizational initiatives. This role will focus on mapping business processes, designing SOPs, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful integration of ERP/CRM systems.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in automation, analytics, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of delivering efficient and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping & SOP Design
- Document and streamline business processes across various functions.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
System & Software Implementation
- Lead ERP/CRM integration and system rollouts.
- Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation of automation and analytics solutions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize ERP analytics and reporting tools to provide insights for business decision-making.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements and enhancements.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
- Ensure system solutions align with overall organizational goals and operational needs.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in process mapping and SOP design.
- Experience in BRD/FRD preparation and requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, automation, and analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to lead system and software implementation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Candidate Profile
- 5–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in process, systems, or ERP/CRM environments.
- Hands-on experience with automation and system integration projects.
- Strong documentation and analytical capabilities.
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred.
