Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, document processes, and develop effective solutions that align with organizational goals. The role involves evaluating business systems, recommending improvements, and bridging the gap between functional teams and technical processes. Regular communication with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and ensure alignment is also a key responsibility.

- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis and defining Business Requirements
- Experience in modeling and optimizing Business Processes
- Effective Communication skills for stakeholder management and collaboration
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools
- Proficiency in relevant industry-standard software and platforms
- MBA (PGDBM) - Finance.
- Experience or familiarity with AI, RPA, or BI tools is a plus
