🚨 Spectral Consultants is Hiring | Business Analyst (AVP Level)
We are hiring a Business Analyst for one of the largest global banks
📍 Location: Bangalore
⏳ Experience: 7–10 years (Minimum 5 years relevant)

🔍 What You’ll Do
• Analyze complex, cross-franchise and pan-bank requirements
• Capture, validate, and document business & system requirements
• Ensure alignment with strategic business goals
• Build and manage strong stakeholder & vendor relationships
• Support implementation, cut-over, and quality assurance activities
• Create test scenarios & execute test scripts to validate solutions
• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
🧠 Skills & Experience
✔ Strong Business Analysis experience in IT/technology environments
✔ Hands-on experience with BA tools & techniques
✔ Experience in Agile environments (preferred)
✔ Domain experience in AML / KYC / Financial Crime / CDD is a plus
✔ Excellent stakeholder management & analytical skills
✔ Certifications like CBAP / CPRE / BAX preferred
✔ Overall experience: 10–12 years
