Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements for web, mobile, and custom development projects. Responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending scalable, technology-driven solutions. The role involves preparing functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases, as well as coordinating with design, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented. The Business Analyst will support project planning, participate in client meetings and demonstrations, help define success metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate options, and support decision-making for digital and software projects.
- Business Process understanding, with the ability to map, optimize, and translate processes into clear functional specifications.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working on IT, web, or mobile application projects; understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to create user stories, use cases, wireframes, and basic documentation for product and project teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile) are an advantage.
