HR & Workday Integrations
Purpose
Acts as the connective tissue between HR, IT, and integration teams translating HR roadmaps and process changes into clear, implementable integration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with HR teams to understand upcoming roadmap items and automation needs
- Translate HR processes into clear functional and non‑functional requirements
- Define integration requirements across ServiceNow, Workday, and Logic Apps
- Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and ready for technical delivery
- Proactively identify integration impacts early to avoid late IT involvement
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong business analysis experience in HR technology environments
- Solid understanding of Workday, HR processes, and approval workflows
- Experience working with integration teams and low‑code platforms
- Ability to operate upstream of delivery and influence design decisions
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving, change‑heavy HR programmes
Profile Required
- Highly self‑sufficient BA, able to operate without constant direction
- Strong communicator across HR, IT, and engineering teams
- Confident engaging with global HR stakeholders, including India‑based teams
- Pragmatic, delivery‑oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
