Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Bengaluru. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and defining business processes, identifying and documenting business requirements, and utilizing data to provide actionable insights. The role will involve liaising with stakeholders, facilitating communication between teams, and recommending strategic improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and a track record of deriving actionable insights from data
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and experience working with business requirements
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Understanding of Business Processes and experience in optimizing workflows
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and critical-thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are an advantage
