Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst at Seceon Inc. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, identifying solutions, and recommending improvements. In this role, you will collaborate with teams to optimize business processes, facilitate effective communication, and ensure alignment between business needs and technological solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and defining clear Business Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights
- Experience with Business Process optimization and improvement
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Experience with cybersecurity or technology projects is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
