We're looking for
Business Analysts!
Qualifications
- Assess existing business workflows to identify automation opportunities using UiPath and RPA technologies
- Prepare detailed process documentation, including As-Is and To-Be workflows, automation diagrams, and process maps
- Evaluate and refine automation business cases to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and return on investment
- Develop, manage, and optimize automation pipelines aligned with enterprise automation and digital transformation strategies
- Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and RPA Developers to design and implement scalable automation solutions
- Support automation testing, deployment, post-implementation support, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, sprint planning sessions, and daily stand-ups to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and ensure proper documentation throughout the automation lifecycle
- Serve as the key liaison between business teams and technical teams to drive effective communication and project delivery
- Identify reusable automation assets and contribute to process standardization, governance, and framework enhancements
- Prepare reports, case studies, presentations, and success stories for leadership teams and client stakeholders
