We're looking for
Business Analysts!
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct requirement workshops, impact analysis, and gap analysis to support business objectives
- Develop process flows, use case diagrams, and business process documentation for project execution
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Support feature enhancements, implementation activities, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, priorities, and deliverables
- Assist technical and vendor teams by providing business insights and clarifying requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and business goals
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and process records throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and recommend data-driven business solutions
- Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure smooth coordination and project execution
