We're looking for
Business Analysts!
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using UiPath
- Develop detailed As-Is and To-Be process documentation and workflows
- Evaluate and refine automation business cases to maximize ROI and efficiency
- Build and manage automation pipelines aligned with automation-first strategy
- Work with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document requirements
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and RPA Developers for solution design and implementation
- Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment automation support
- Facilitate workshops and daily stand-up meetings for project coordination
- Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) for automation projects
- Act as communication bridge between business teams and technical teams
- Identify reusable automation components and improve process frameworks
- Prepare success stories, case studies, and documentation for stakeholders
